The Student House Saikku has a party venue for all kinds of celebrations. Including student events, private parties, or even business meetings.
There is a professional kitchen, which is perfect for cooking for larger groups. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The venue also offers a WLAN connection, sound system, billiard table, and a large screen with a video projector. Dishes and cooking utensils are available for the tenants.
The party venue is seated for 50 people, and the maximum number of people is 70

The meeting venue of the Student House Saikku offers a meeting room, changing room, washroom, and, of course, a sauna, perfect for student events, game nights, business meetings, birthdays, or private parties with friends.
The meeting room is equipped with a WLAN connection, a sound system, a screen with a video projector, as well as a small kitchen featuring a stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Clean towels, dishes, and cooking utensils are available for tenants to use.

We only rent to people over 18 years old. If an underage person wants to rent the venue, the reservation must be made by a person over the age of 18, such as the renter's parents.

You can rent the whole house, a party venue, or a meeting venue for your event. Reserve the space you want by contacting the executive manager via email or by filling out the reservation form.
Billing will be handled with an invoice sent to your email.

Cancellation is free of charge 14 days prior to the reservation. If the cancellation occurs 7 days before the reservation, 50% of the rental fee will be charged. After that, unless there is a particularly valid reason, the full payment will be required.

You can rent a mixer and speaker set from Opiskelijatalo Saiku for €50 per day. Ask the executive director for more information.
