The Student House Saikku has a party venue for all kinds of celebrations. Including student events, private parties, or even business meetings.
There is a professional kitchen, which is perfect for cooking for larger groups. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Dishes and cooking utensils are available for the tenants.
The party venue can host 50 people and is seated for 30. In the venue you are also privided with WLAN connection, a JBL Partybox 120 stereo, two karaoke microphones and a pool table.

Student House Saikku offers a cozy sauna area suitable for, among other things, student events, private parties, game studios, meetings, or sauna evenings.
The rental includes the sauna, changing room, and washroom, as well as a small "meeting room" with 12 seats, and the space can accommodate around 20 people in total.
The small space offers clean towels for customers, Wi-Fi, a JBL Partybox Encore speaker and one karaoke mic, a projector and screen, and a small kitchen with a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and fridge. Dishes and cooking utensils for 20 people are available for renters to use.

You can rent the whole house, a party venue, or a meeting venue for your event. Reserve the space you want by contacting the executive manager via email or by filling out the reservation form.
Billing will be handled with an invoice sent to your email.

Cancellation is free of charge 14 days prior to the reservation. If the cancellation occurs 7 days before the reservation, 50% of the rental fee will be charged. After that, unless there is a particularly valid reason, the full payment will be required.

You can rent a mixer and speaker set from Opiskelijatalo Saiku for €50 per day. Ask our executive director for more information.
